PokerStars is legal in the US for online casino players aged 21 or older. However, it is only legal in 3 states in the US, these being, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

PokerStars currently has legal, regulated online poker sites in three US states  New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. On Jan 1, 2024, PokerStars combined their NJ and MI player pools, forming a single PokerStars US Network.
